Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Each piece is thoroughly documented with detailed measurements, fabric information, and condition notes — please review carefully before purchasing. We are happy to answer any questions prior to purchase at other@othermattersatelier.com.

Vintage & Archive Pieces

All vintage and archive pieces are one of one. Minor signs of wear consistent with age and previous use are considered part of the garment's history, not defects, and are disclosed in each listing.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or significantly misrepresented, contact us within 48 hours at other@othermattersatelier.com. We will make it right.

European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
