Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 2 business days of purchase. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.

Express Shipping — $25 All orders ship via tracked express courier, delivered within 1–2 business days. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once dispatched. If your package is lost or damaged in transit please contact us at other@othermattersatelier.com and we will do our best to assist.

Packaging

Each piece is packaged with care, in protective materials appropriate to the garment. We use minimal, considered packaging consistent with our commitment to a slower way forward.

International Shipping

We now ship internationally to the EU, UK, and Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days via USPS.
